Counterculture:
The 1960's were an era of drastic social change for everyone in Western society. People were beginning to find a voice through music as well as began to demonstrate large scale protests against things they did not believe in. The youth in the 1960's chose to stray a thin line between peaceful love and outright rebellion. This counterculture was both sought after and attacked by media outlets and the government.
